I’m in love with Sauvie Island, Oregon, after a visit this past weekend. And a few weeks ago, I just so happened to have flagged a post about this particular home on 2Modern Blog. So now I know the beautiful, idyllic place where this house exists. Note the green roof!

I am so.envious. that you got to visit that island! Was it everything you thought it would be and more?! I’m not kidding when I say this is my favorite house I’ve ever posted about ever. I dream of it! I would love to see it in person! I dare not visit Sauvie Island though…I don’t think I’d ever come back!

This is such a great house and Sauvie’s Island is such a great place! When I lived in Portland I used to go out there all the time to shoot. Thanks for posting this!
