nyc municipal archives gallery : new photos released

The NYC Department of Records announced the opening of their new online archive of over 870,000 photographs, maps, motion-pictures and audio recordings. Due to overwhelming demand since the release, I couldn’t log on but found a preview of some of the images on Daily Mail Online, thanks to my photographer pal, Angie.
