It’s always fun to see my work laid out at the event, a scene I don’t get to see until the photos are back.
Here’s the sea of pink watercolor escort cards that we hand painted and then calligraphed for a wedding this January, planned and designed by Eyal of Tessler Events, with Lewis Miller Design on florals, shot by Ira Lippke.

This Paperfinger menu was featured in the current issue of Rue Magazine. The story, “Magic in the Secret Garden,” was directed and styled by Lavender Joy Weddings (thanks Stefanie!) and shot by Ryan Ray. Florals by Bows & Arrows, dinnerware from Greta Bean. I’m so happy with how it all came together.
Read the full issue here in all it’s prettiness or skip straight to page 68 for our garden story.

Last Saturday, a bright, snowy day in Manhattan, I was hosted by Thornwillow Press at The St. Regis Hotel for their annual Valentine Salon. I spent the afternoon inscribing their beautiful stationery with custom love notes and Valentine’s wishes. The place is absurdly lovely; Thornwillow’s goods are cream of the crop; and who can complain with silver tea service and a beautiful writing desk to wile away an afternoon.
The salon was featured in this post on Martha Stewart Weddings today as well!
Thanks to Thornwillow and Cassidy of MSW for some of these images.
Happy Valentine’s Day to you!

We hosted a couple wonderful workshops last week and here are some of the delicious scenes. The space was provided by Poppies & Posies, such a perfect atmosphere for Paperfinger calligraphy vibes.

(And thanks to Margaret and Nicki for a couple of these shots.)

I’m delighted to return for an afternoon at the Thornwillow shop, which lives inside The St. Regis Hotel, for a Valentine’s Day Salon.
Saturday, February 9th, I will be providing personalized calligraphy inscriptions on love notes and cards for all Thornwillow clientele from 3 to 6 pm.
It’s such a beautiful space and they produce some of the most elegant stationery you can find. Come visit! Have a Red Snapper while you’re there — the birthplace of the bloody mary, mmmm.
View the lovely invitation here.
I’ll be joined by Montblanc (fine pens) and Fleur du Mal (fine lingerie). Ooh la la!

No time to write! We are swimming in boxes at the studio, shipping out tons of holiday goodies daily. Pretty awesome.
These are the so-cute-you-could-eat-’em red boxes that we ship gift orders in. Sealed up with our very own Don’t-open-til-Christmas tape. Yum!
